White Glove Delivery

When you shop with us, we are here to help you every step of the way, and we shine on delivery day. Here’s what you can expect from our White Glove Delivery Service:

  • Our trained warehouse team unpackages and thoroughly inspects your items before delivery.
  • Each item is then blanket-wrapped, loaded, and secured for safe transport.
  • Your delivery driver will give you a complimentary call with your delivery time frame.
  • At least two team members will assess the space for your furniture, place it, and complete any final assembly.
  • Our team members will remove the packaging materials from your home.

At the end of the day, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If something is not perfect, please let us know. We will do our best to resolve any issues to give you peace of mind.

To ensure a smooth delivery, we ask that you:

  • Clear the space so it’s ready to receive your new items. We are able to help with light moving, and can accommodate extensive moving for an additional charge, or refer you to a moving company.
  • Arrange any haul away of old items with us before delivery. We haul away on a 1 to 1 basis. If we bring you a recliner, we are able to remove a recliner. We reserve the right to refuse any item if it is wet, soiled, or odorous, as these may be a health risk.
  • Let us know if flights of stairs are involved in your delivery. Our full service delivery includes up to 2 flights of stairs (4-15 steps each). Items carried up more than 25 steps will be an additional charge.
